Installation and cleaning of "output optical cable" and "cutting head"

The [output optical cable] and [cutting head] are contaminated and must be cleaned in time, otherwise the stain will absorb the laser and cause the temperature of the stain to increase, forming a thermal lens phenomenon, which will affect the processing technology. If the pollution is serious, it will cause the coating of the lens. Burn damage.
In fact, the installation and cleaning of the [output optical cable] and [cutting head] are not as troublesome as you think.
The following are the methods and steps for inspecting and cleaning lenses summarized by our professional engineers.
See if it's easy to get started.

Preparations and conditions before installation

Environmental requirements cleanliness level ISO5, 100@>0.5um clean room or dust-free workbench
Auxiliary tools
Anhydrous alcohol, IPA, dust-free cotton swabs, dust-free cloth, compressed clean air. Finger cots, rubber self-adhesive tape (or textured paper), utility knife, strong light flashlight microscope (can be used as a spare if possible)
installation steps
Step 1: Clean
Before use, wipe the inner wall of the workbench with a lint-free cloth dipped in absolute ethanol or IPA;
Step 2: Purify
Turn on the power supply of the workbench, start the fan, ensure normal operation, and then confirm again whether the cleanliness is qualified. Only after passing the standard can you proceed to the next step, turn on the workbench lighting, and purify and clean about 20 minutes in advance;
Step 3: Check
Keep the protective film for the optical fiber interface of the cutting head intact and place the cutting head on the workbench; remove the optical fiber protective cover and use a strong flashlight to check whether there are dust particles on the crystal;
Step 4: Wipe
If there are dust particles, spray IPA on a dust-free cotton swab and wipe it gently in the same direction (do not wipe back and forth). Make sure the crystal is clean and free of contamination before inserting the cutting head;
Step 5: Seal
After assembling the optical fiber interface, use masking paper or rubber self-adhesive tape to wrap and seal the optical fiber and the cutting head. (recommend more than 3 turns)
